It's three strips of three panels each, depicting (imagined) scenes from Queen Victoria's life. In the first strip, she is quite young and is shown with her husband Prince Albert:
In the first panel, Albert is holding a piece of paper and saying "Happy birthday Victoria! I have a present for you." In the second, Victoria looks very excited and says "WHAT IS IT WHAT IS IT". In the third, we see that it is a picture of Albert in an, ahem, "sexy" pose, with the text "HEY BABY - HRH". Victoria is saying "Oh Albert it is just what I wanted".
Second strip: Victoria is still pretty young, and is looking very put out. Albert is saying "Victoria, stop that." "But I'm the Queen." Second panel: Albert says "You're being a big baby" and Victoria replies "But I'm the QUEEN". Third panel: Albert says "Queens do not throw baby fits"; VIctoria, flinging herself on the floor, says "Au contraire".
Third strip, which is the one that made me lol: A much older Victoria is writing in a book, with one of her (now adult) children standing behind her. He asks "Mummy what are you doing" and she replies "Writing my memoirs". In the second panel, we see a close-up of the memoirs she is writing, which reads:
CHAPTER ONE: ALBERT IS A BABE AND WE DO IT CONSTANTLY CHAPTER TWO: ALBERT'S TIGHT PANTS GET ME SO HOT CHAPTER THREE: WORN OUT FROM SEX WITH ALBERT. PROBABLY GOING TO HAVE ANOTHER STUPID KID THOUGH.
In the third panel, her son is saying "Mummy, that is not appropriate" and she answers "You're one to talk".
.... yeah. As Kate Beaton points out in her comments to it, the best thing about Queen Victoria is that she had such a giant boner for her husband and never tired of telling people about it. :D
